Club: Vancouver North Shore United. Played on three consecutive all-star teams for Vancouver against visiting European teams, Scotland in 1935 and 1939 and Charlton Athletic in 1937. Rejected offers of a professional career with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Derby County in England. Director and Chairman of B.C. Juvenile Soccer Association. Played for B.C. All Stars at the California World's Fair, in 1939 scoring seven goals in three games. Later became secretary of the Pacific Coast League. Inducted into the British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame in 1973. Fire chief of North Vancouver. Played for Vancouver North Shore from 1933 to 1950 including when they won the Canadian championship in 1938 and 1949. Coach of the B.C. All-Star team three times.
