Player - Randy Ragan

Born: High Prairie, Alberta, June 7, 1959.Randy Ragan

Played 40 times for Canada. Clubs: Toronto Blizzard 1980-84, Toronto Blizzard 1987, North York Rockets 1991. A member of the national youth team in 1976 in Puerto Rico he was a top draft choice of the Toronto Blizzard. Ragan blossomed under coach Bob Houghton with the Toronto Blizzard to become one of the top midfield players in the NASL and in Canada. He was an outstanding member of the Olympic team in 1984 and the World Cup team in 1986 and played in all three games in the World Cup finals. Later became a lawyer. Played in 177 NASL games in five seasons and scored six goals.
